Our story
When I became pregnant, I was shocked by how hard it was for my husband and I to find a one-stop shop for truly non-toxic baby products. Everything was “green-washed”: labeled eco, natural, or organic, but still full of synthetic materials, chemical varnishes, or mystery coatings. And don't get me started on the smells. Why must everything smell like a factory?
The Problem
Even after months of research, we found that:
- Many “organic” baby clothes were blended with polyester or other synthetics.
- “Eco-friendly” furniture was often coated in toxic varnishes or stains.
- And “natural” products still carried hidden chemicals under confusing marketing terms.
It was exhausting, time-consuming, and expensive and it shouldn’t have to be that way.
Our Solution
So we decided to build what we couldn’t find:
A practical, honest guide to better baby products — focused on safer materials, fewer unnecessary exposures, and real-life compromises.
Each product featured here has been personally researched, vetted, and selected for what it doesn’t contain: no mystery coatings or claims. Just thoughtfully made, genuinely clean baby essentials from brands we trust.
