We didn’t bathe our baby very often because we didn’t want to constantly wash away the natural oils protecting his skin. But when the cheese toes needed a little help, this was the only soap we'd use. It cleaned what needed cleaning without leaving his skin feeling dry or stripped afterward.
We also used it as shampoo the handful of times we actually needed to wash his hair. It’s a simple, unscented bar made with organic olive oil, coconut oil and shea butter, without the long list of fragrances, preservatives and extra ingredients found in so many baby washes. One bar works for both skin and hair, which also means fewer products taking over the bathroom.
• Simple formula with no added fragrance or unnecessary additives
• Can be used from head to toe as both body soap and shampoo
• Traditionally cold processed to preserve the qualities of the oils
• Hand-cut and air-dried for more than two months
• Convenient all-in-one bar with no plastic bottle
(*Certified Organic & Unrefined) Olive Oil*, Coconut Oil*, Fair Trade Shea Butter*, Filtered Spring Water** & Sodium Hydroxide**. (**None remains after saponifying oils.)
Please refer to the product packaging for the most current ingredient information, as manufacturers may update ingredients from time to time.
We were using this soap ourselves years before baby came along. It is not a foamy, "baby-smelling" (seriously, what is that fragrance?) baby wash situation, but it does lather great. It cleans what needs cleaning without making everyone’s skin feel dry and angry afterward. And yay for no plastic bottle.
